What Inspires You

Before we get into the juicy stuff, I really want you to write down a few things. So grab a notebook and a pen, grab a favorite drink, and let's get to work.

"THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO SUCCEED. IT'S CALLED HARD WORK."

I want you to answer the following questions. As fully as you can. Try writing AT LEAST a paragraph per question. Of course, this is just for you but you are welcome to share with others (like on your Instagram account). But it's up to you.

  1. Why do you pick up the camera?
  2. What is one goal you have with your photography?
  3. What do you like to photograph?
  4. What inspires you to pick up the camera (might be similar to number one)
  5. Where do you want to go with your photography?

I feel like these are all very important to answer and understand what motivates you to pick up the camera.

For me, I am motivated by capturing memories. I am inspired by the light, if there's pretty light, I am so inspired! I am also inspired to make 'bad' light work for me. I want to capture my son growing up and that is my main drive to pick up the camera. I love to capture real life, everyday moments. Now, I don't want you to copy what I said unless you are really passionate about it. Answer each question as truthfully as you can. And then we're going to dive right on in!
